Understanding Workspaces

Workspaces provide complete data separation for different businesses, teams, or projects. Each workspace is an independent environment with its own contacts, deals, pipelines, templates, and settings.

Multiple Workspaces

  • • One user can create and access multiple workspaces
  • • Each workspace is completely isolated from others

Workspace Independence

Inviting Users to Workspaces

Collaborate with team members by inviting them to your workspace. Each invited user gets access to the workspace data and can contribute to your CRM activities.

Invitation Process

  1. 1. Navigate to Settings → Users
  2. 2. Click "Add User" button
  3. 3. Enter the colleague's email address
  4. 4. Set their permission level (Admin, Member)
  5. 5. Send the invitation
  6. 6. They'll receive an email to join your workspace

Permission Levels

Admin

  • • Full access to all workspace features
  • • Can invite and manage other users
  • • Can modify workspace settings

Member

  • Has no access to any settings

Subscription & Billing

Lyara's pricing is based on a per-user model with optional workspace add-ons, giving you flexibility to scale your team and organize your work. Usage is calculated based on the workspace owner.

Per-User Pricing

  • • Each user in your workspace requires a paid seat
  • • All users get access to full CRM features within the workspace. The workspace owner is responsible for billing.

Additional Workspaces

  • • Create additional workspaces as needed
  • • Each additional workspace has a separate monthly fee
  • • Users can be invited to multiple workspaces
  • • Billing is calculated across all workspaces
