In Lyara CRM, deals are the core objects that represent sales opportunities. Each deal can be associated with a contact, and through pipelines and stages, you can track the progress of each deal. In the Deals tab, users can manage their sales opportunities through customizable pipelines and stages. These pipelines and stages can be fully customized in Settings → Pipelines.
When moving deals between stages, a popup automatically appears offering to send an email to contacts assigned to the deal. This popup can be skipped for individual actions or permanently disabled in Settings → Workspace tab.
