Creating Email Templates

Templates serve as reusable email formats that can be used across automations, pipeline stage changes, and manual sending. They support dynamic variables for personalization.

Template Creation Process

  1. 1. Navigate to Templates → Create Template
  2. 2. Select a verified sender email address
  3. 3. Use the text editor for email body content
  4. 4. Click variable buttons above the text area to insert placeholders
  5. 5. View live preview on the right with sample data

Dynamic Variables

Use these dynamic variables to personalize your emails automatically. Variables are automatically replaced with actual contact data when emails are sent.

Available Contact Variables

Personal Information

  • {firstName} - Contact's first name
  • {lastName} - Contact's last name
  • {fullName} - Complete name
  • {email} - Email address
  • {phone} - Phone number

Variable Usage Tips

  • • Variables are automatically replaced with actual contact data when emails are sent
