Activity Tracking

How Activity Logging Works

Activities create a comprehensive record of all interactions with contacts and deals. When sending emails (automation, manual, or pipeline triggers), you can choose to log these activities to specific deals, contacts, or both for complete audit trails.

Activity Tracking

Automatic Activity Logging

Activities are automatically created when sending emails through Lyara. You can choose which contacts and deals to log each activity to.

  • Email Automation: All automated emails create activities automatically
  • Pipeline Changes: Emails sent during deal stage moves are logged
  • Manual Sends: Choose logging targets when composing emails
  • Template Usage: All template-based emails can be logged
